A percentage of all of Vibrant Hope Boutique's sales are donated back into community organizations in the United States.

Each organization Vibrant Hope Boutique receives products from employs individuals at a fair wage, in dignifying work conditions. Many of these countries have high unemployment rates and the only source of employment are organizations like the ones Vibrant Hope Boutique partners with.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange one item for another, as our stock is always changing and growing. We also offer limited edition items and cannot guarantee an item will still be available at the time that a returned item is received back.

All the products sold at Vibrant Hope Boutique are handmade by actual people. Some of the products are made in countries with limited and varying resources. We can guarantee the excellent quality of the products, but each product will have subtle variations.

If you don't love your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can send it back for a full refund. Please return items in their original condition within 30 days of ship date to receive a full refund. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returned items. If you need more time, let us know, we'll work it out. Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges, as our stock is frequently changing, and includes limited edition items. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of one of our products, or a product has arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll make it right.
